If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a “Counter Notification” to us that includes the following:

  1. Physical or Electronic Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the user.
  2. Identification of Material
A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Upon receiving a valid Counter Notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA. We will only do so if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within 10 business days of receiving the copy of your Counter Notification.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

4. Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents material or activity as infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is in fact infringing, please consult an attorney before filing a notification with us.
